Write Wise Questions

Q. When the WriteWise package is purchased, why isn't just a deposit required until the actual dates begin for the package to start?
A. Because of the anticipation of the new bookstore and getting this first group together, it has taken some time to get the group organized. The first group of WriteWise participants have already started providing info to their book producer and the course starts first week of December. There will always be an enrollment period before the course starts.

Q. Customers are concerned as to why they would want to pay several thousand dollars up front without a written and signed contract by both parties of what WriteWise guarantees them and without a specific time frame clearly outlined and agreed upon as to when all the benefits will be met. What does an associate tell them?
A. There is a written and signed contract between the parties. The contract will vary based on the book being written and needs of the author and BookWise publishing. Once accepted into the program, complete details are provided as they discuss their goals with their book producer. If for whatever reason, if one or both parties don't feel comfortable during the contract before anything has started, a refund will be issued.

Q. During the convention when WriteWise was announced the list of the "package" included 50 copies of the new published author's book. Has that changed?
A. No

Q. Also at the convention the associates were told those that qualify for WriteWise would be assigned an agent. How can RPE and RGA personally be agents to such a large group of people?
A. WriteWise participants will be assigned an producer/agent, that is not RGA or RPE.
